No. AI only writes drafts you check: the job form, its description, screening questions, and a CV summary when you ask. Applicants are scored by fixed rules on skills, experience and place, and the reason is shown beside every point.
What does Verified by Parakh mean?
Before a job goes live, someone from Parakh calls you to confirm that the job is real, open now, and never charges candidates. Only then is it published, with the badge, for 30 days.
Where will candidates see my job?
On parakhwork.com, on Parakh AI Jobs when it is an AI role, and in the morning email Parakh sends to job seekers whose profiles fit it.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never. Every job here promises that candidates are not asked to pay, at any stage. It is checked on our call, and a job that breaks it comes down.
What happens to the job description I paste?
It is read to fill the form, by an AI model when one is available and by plain rules otherwise. The text itself is not kept unless you save or submit the job.
Can my colleagues use it too?
Yes. Once your account is confirmed, invite colleagues at your company's own email address. Each signs in with their own work email and sees the same jobs and applicants.
What if Parakh cannot verify my job?
If you paid for a job we could not verify and never published, we refund it in full.
