We reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm IST. Payment and account-access problems are looked at first, ahead of everything else in the queue.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it goes to Harshit Patel as grievance officer at admin@parakhwork.com — acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days. The privacy page has the full route.

Include these and we can usually settle it in one reply rather than three:

The email you signed in with. Payments are matched to an account, and without it we cannot tell which one is yours.

The payment or transaction reference, if you have it. Razorpay sends one by email at the time of payment. We can find the payment without it, but it is faster with it.

The amount, and roughly when you paid. The date does not have to be exact.

Deleting your data needs no email. There is a button on your account page that does it immediately. Write only if you cannot sign in and we will do it for you.

A posting scored wrongly? Send the link. The reasoning is printed on the page, so tell us which sentence is wrong — we would rather know than not.

You are a company and found our crawler in your logs? Tell us which board and we stop reading it. No explanation needed, and no reply required from you afterwards.

We are not a recruiter and we have no relationship with the companies whose postings appear here, so we cannot pass on an application, chase a reply for you, or tell you why one never came.
