Terms for Recruiters

Parakh for Recruiters is operated by Parakhwork, a proprietorship run by Harshit Patel, registered at T-11, Signature Global Millennia-1, Sector 37C, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India.

You confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are allowed to hire for the company you sign in for.

These terms add to the general Terms and Conditions, which still apply. Where the two differ about recruiting, these win.

You sign in with your work email and a code we send to it. There is no password. Free mail addresses are not accepted.

Each company has one recruiter account that it signs up for itself. Colleagues join only when someone on the account invites their exact work address at the company's own domain. You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do on the account.

The person who signed the company up can remove a colleague. Anyone can delete their own recruiter account at any time; jobs they posted belong to the company and stay with it.

A job must be real, open now, and described truthfully: the title, the place, the work and, if you show one, the salary.

Before a job goes live, someone from Parakh calls you to confirm it. Parakh may ask for changes, decline to publish it, pause it or take it down at any time if it breaks these terms.

A verified job is live for 30 days and then comes down. Posting it again means confirming it again.

Ask candidates for money. No registration, training, security, processing or joining fee or deposit, at any stage, from Parakh or outside it. A job that does comes down, and the account may be suspended.

Exclude people for who they are. No limits by age, gender, caste, religion, marital status or disability, unless the law requires one for the role.

Ask what a job does not need. No questions about family, photographs or identity documents before an offer.

Candidates send their details and CV to you for one job. You may use them only to consider that person for that job and to talk to them about it.

You may not sell them, pass them to anyone outside your company's hiring for that job, add them to another database, or contact the person about anything else without their agreement.

An application stays until the candidate withdraws it or deletes their account, and then it is deleted at once, with its CV, interviews and messages. Delete any copy you keep when you no longer need it for this hiring, and as the law requires.

Parakh keeps a record of each applicant you open.

Candidates see each step you set on their applications page: shortlisted, interviewing, hired or not taken forward, with the reason you give. Be accurate and courteous.

An interview you book is emailed to the candidate with its time and how to join. If it is called off, they are told.

How quickly you answer is shown on your jobs' pages once 5 applications have had 7 days to be answered. At 70% or more your jobs carry the Responsive recruiter badge.

Some tools write drafts with AI: filling the form from a job description, a description, screening questions, a CV summary and a note to someone you pass on. Each is marked as an AI draft. Read and correct it before you use it; what you publish or send is yours.

No AI decides which applicants reach you or how they are scored. What is sent to the AI provider is set out in the privacy policy.

For recruiters: Verified job post — ₹1,499, listed for 30 days once verified. One job, confirmed with you by Parakh and listed for 30 days on parakhwork.com — and on Parakh AI Jobs when it is an AI role — sent to candidates it fits. The first verified job an employer posts is free.

For recruiters: Recruiter Pro — ₹4,999 for 30 days. Up to five verified jobs live at once, and up to eight verified in the 30 days, re-confirmed every month. The first verified job an employer posts is free.

Prices are in Indian rupees and are what you pay. A job post is paid for before we call you. If we cannot confirm the job and never publish it, we refund it in full, as the refund policy sets out.

Parakh may suspend or close a recruiter account that breaks these terms, misuses candidates' details or misleads candidates, and may tell the candidates affected.

We do not promise applicants, hires or replies. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes go to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
